Send us last year's report and we'll tell you what we'd improve. No strings attached.

The problem

A year of work in a PDF nobody opens.

Lots of data, little story

Indicators, tables and percentages one after another. The information is there, but it's hard to see what it means or why it matters.

Starting from scratch every year

Inherited templates, last-minute rushes and a document that looks different every edition. A lot of internal effort for a result that doesn't shine.

It doesn't look like your brand

The report is often the most complete document an organisation publishes. If it looks like a formatted Word file, it says the opposite of what it's trying to tell.

What your report design includes

01

Concept
and narrative

We define the storyline and tone: how chapters are ordered so the document tells a story, not a list.

02

Graphic
system

Grid, typography, colour and styles designed for your brand and reusable in future editions.

03

Data
infographics

We turn ESG indicators, financial figures and targets into charts, pictograms and summaries you can grasp at a glance.

04

Full
layout

Page-by-page composition, alternating dense pages with breathing space, photography and infographics.

05

Cover and
key figures

The cover and a 'year in numbers' section for readers who only have two minutes.

06

Digital
version

Interactive PDF with chapter navigation, designed for on-screen reading and sharing.

07

Reusable
template

The system is set up so next year's edition takes less time and stays consistent.

08

Production
and print

If it's printed, we prepare the files and liaise with the printer so there are no surprises.

How we work

From raw data to a report ready to publish.

  1. 01

    Briefing and content

    Week 1

We review the previous edition, the table of contents and the available data, and agree on goals, schedule and formats.

  2. 02

    Concept and design

    Weeks 2–3

We propose the narrative and graphic system with sample pages to sign off the style.

  3. 03

    Layout and infographics

    Weeks 4–6

We lay out the whole report and design the data visuals as final content comes in.

  4. 04

    Revisions and delivery

    Weeks 6–8

Rounds of corrections, the digital version and final files for print or web.
